Laura has over 20 years of retail management and consulting experience. She joined CustomeriZe in 1989, and the company has continued to grow and prosper. Her passion is "people" service. Her mission is to make customer service a priority in all levels of industry, and to assist these industries with meeting their training goals and challenges so that customer service is performed as the highest level consistently.
